The Prison Technology Transformation Programme (PTTP), which is rolling out a new technology service across HMPSS to replace the Quantum Service with MoJ Official, is starting to look at Phase 3 planning. Members of the programme will be in touch with each of the Prison Group Directors over the next week to review the national site order for roll out.
