what should be done with residents who are effected by this delay and there is a detriment to restoration or remission leading to later releases, residents where recategorisation is on hold due to an IA and residents where parole is on hold pending the results of an IA please

As a follow up to Dean’s question, our Operational Policy advisors have noted that each of these cases require individual consideration and have requested that any queries be sent direct to Operational_policy1@justice.gov.uk where they can be dealt with appropriately.
